Order Processing
- Orders will be processed once payment confirmation is received.
- The availability of the products offered may vary depending on demand. Although we update stock regularly, the product requested by the customer might be out of stock at that time. In such cases, the customer can choose the most suitable solution, which may include holding the order until it is complete, partial shipment of the order, partial refund, or full refund.
- If the order cannot be fulfilled due to unavailability, the customer will receive an informational email explaining the reason, the available options, and an approximate delivery timeframe for the order.
- Once the order is finalized, the user will receive a confirmation email detailing the purchased products, their prices, shipping costs, payment method, and shipping address.
- Orders placed after 6:00 PM may be processed the next business day.
- Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday.
- Orders paid via bank transfer will be processed once the payment is received. An additional 24 to 48 hours may be required. It is recommended to notify the payment via email to expedite the shipping process.
Returns
- The buyer has the right to withdraw within 15 days. This right will be accepted only if the merchandise is returned in the same condition as it was delivered, ready for sale, with its original packaging intact and in perfect condition.
- If the merchandise is defective or flawed, as per the Defective Products Law, the product will be replaced immediately with an identical one.
- The amount for the merchandise will also be refunded if, due to reasons beyond control (direct or indirect), we are unable to deliver it.
- The customer must inspect the products as soon as possible within reasonable limits after delivery. If any defects are noticed, or any issue arises related to the delivery—such as incomplete, incorrect, or non-delivery of one or more items in the order—the customer should notify us in detail via email. Damaged packages should be refused upon delivery.
- If the customer fails to provide such notification, it will be assumed that the products are fully compliant with the contract and free of any defects that would be evident upon reasonable inspection, and the customer will be deemed to have accepted the products.
- Under no circumstances will we be obligated to compensate the customer for failure to deliver, delay in delivery of all or part of the products, or any consequential or other loss arising from such failure or delay.
Right of Withdrawal and Complaints
- You may request a partial or total return of your order within 15 calendar days of receipt. The shipping costs incurred for the return must be paid by the customer. To request a return, please contact us via email, indicating the order number you wish to return.
- Returns must be authorized in advance by our sales department and must always include the original packaging and undamaged products.
- The customer must return the material with prepaid shipping. Once the material is received and its condition verified, we will refund the amount to the customer.
- During the return process, the customer is responsible for any loss or damage to the product(s).
- Acceptance of product returns by the company will depend on the products being returned promptly, properly packaged, and sent to the address specified to the customer.
