MLTNN SERUM (dry skin) is part of the MINE programme that allows us to customise the cosmetic routine based on the skin condition (hyperpigmented, dehydrated, with acne, mature skin or very sensitive skin). Customise by adding from 1 to a maximum of 3 solutions (IUVER MINE Active Pro). Once added, shake vigorously for approximately 2 minutes to homogenize the mixture before first use.

How to use: Apply morning and evening to cleansed skin, according to the cosmetic routine recommended by your doctor or pharmacist, on the face, neck and décolleté.

ANTIOXIDANT

It could be considered the most powerful antioxidant ever, as it is capable of neutralising free radicals, and its metabolites multiply its capacity to prevent oxidation by 4. It also has an indirect antioxidant action, inducing the synthesis of the cytosolic enzyme NOQ2, capable of neutralising radicals, stimulating other antioxidant enzymes and inducing the genetic transcription of the genes that encode other antioxidant enzymes (manganese superoxide dismutase and copper/zinc superoxide dismutase).

PROTECTS AGAINST UV RADIATION

This protection is provided by its powerful antioxidant capacity, as well as by its metabolites. In addition, it activates the gene expression of nuclear factor erythroid, which leads to an increase in the synthesis of antioxidant enzymes such as gamma-glutamyl cysteine synthetase, NADPH, glutathione peroxidase, superoxide dismutase.

SOOTHING AND ANTI-INFLAMMATORY

It is able to inhibit the synthesis of pro-inflammatory elements, such as cytosines and pro-inflammatory interleukins, thus preventing inflammation and its harmful effects on the skin.

DEPIGMENTING

It achieves this in two ways: on the one hand, it is able to reduce melanocyte proliferation and, on the other, it reduces tyrosinase activity by 50%, one of the key enzymes in melanin synthesis. It therefore has a dual effect, decreasing melanocytes and melanin synthesis.

IMPROVES THE BARRIER FUNCTION

Melatonin achieves this effect in two ways, by stimulating the expression of involucrin, keratin10, and keratin, which are the proteins and fatty acids responsible for forming the corneocyte envelope and subsequently the lipid mantle of the skin, increasing the proliferation of keratinocytes.
